This week, E&H Freshman Leah McCloy shared some of her photography of Asheville, NC with Whitetopper. Leah shared a photo she captured on a walk through a local park and a photo she captured while Visiting the Biltmore Estate.

Leah shared that these photos reflect ways she has found to “de-stress” while experiencing her freshman year of college during a pandemic. “A weekend visit to the Biltmore is always a good way to have one more vacation before college starts,” said McCloy, recalling the weekend before she moved onto campus. “Family time is also the best time to have when you’re going through a lot before finals, even if you’re just walking with your aunt at the park,” she added, referring to a recent weekend trip.
