EHCWBB Finish Regular Season

The Emory & Henry College women’s basketball team has just wrapped up a pretty successful regular season.
The Wasps finished with an 18-7 record, and 12-4 record in the ODAC. Currently on a three-game winning streak and also winning 6 of their last 7 games, the team most recently won a 73-61 game against Virginia Wesleyan College this past Saturday.

Sophomore forward Taylor Blevins played very well. Blevins led both teams while posting a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds, as well as adding 3 and 5 steals. The Wasps are looking for continued success as they look to earn a chance to play for an ODAC Championship. If the Wasps win Friday, then they will either play Guilford College or Washington & Lee University. The Wasps lost to Guilford earlier this year but defeated W&L at home, towards the end of the season.
